This isn't a mall job. It's a Tech job.
Game days are the shift
Broadway and Stadium host thousands of fans on a home Saturday. It's loud, fast and the best day of the week.
We make the shirt
Our design team creates the official game day tee every season — the one Jones Stadium wears. You'll sell what we make.
Built around school
Most of the store team are Tech students. We schedule around class, finals and breaks, and we've done it for decades.
Real perks
25% off, free game day shirts and apparel, time-and-a-half in busy seasons, paid time off for full-time.
Six stores, one team
Lubbock's Broadway, Flagship, Stadium, Southwest and Mall stores plus Plano's Legacy West — help wherever it's needed.
Room to grow
Store managers, buyers, designers and our e-commerce team started on the floor or in the warehouse.

How hiring works
Four steps. About a week.
- 1
Apply online
Five minutes. Tell us your availability and why RRO — a resume helps but isn't required for store roles.
- 2
We review every application
Our hiring team reads them all, usually within a few days.
- 3
Interview
If it's a fit you'll get a text or email with a scheduling link. Most interviews are in-store, 20–30 minutes.
- 4
Start
Offer, paperwork, and your first shift — often before the next home game.
Questions
Before you apply.
- Do I have to be a Texas Tech student?
- No. Most store associates are students, but full-time roles and the warehouse, e-commerce and office teams are open to everyone.
- Can I work around my class schedule?
- Yes — tell us your availability on the application. We build store schedules around class, finals and breaks.
- Do I need retail experience?
- Not for associate roles. We look for energy, reliability and people who like people. Management roles ask for 3+ years.
- Which store will I work at?
- Pick a preference on the application. Most people stay at one store; helping at another on a big weekend happens.
- What should I wear to the interview?
- Come as you'd come to work: clean, put together, and if you've got Tech gear, wear it.
- I applied — now what?
- You'll hear from us by text or email. If you opted into texts, that's where the scheduling link lands.
Don't see your role?
Send a general application. We keep them on file and reach out first when something opens — especially before football season and the holidays.
