Own inventory accuracy across the warehouse and stores — counts, barcodes, receiving.
Our Warehouse/Inventory team is committed to providing excellent service to our customers by accurately and efficiently processing orders and providing shipments to the stores. The Inventory Specialist owns accuracy: receiving, counts, barcode control and the flow of product between the warehouse and five retail locations.
What you'll do
- Keep warehouse inventory flowing efficiently, accurately, and effectively
- Receive and process incoming shipments; maintain barcode and product data
- Run counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Support retail locations' needs as the business requires
- Support company departments during the off season
What we're looking for
- Extremely detail oriented, strong organizational skills, values excellence at all levels
- Comfortable with inventory systems and scanners
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Valid driver's license — daily store deliveries in a company vehicle are part of the job
Physical requirements
- Standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
- Ability to lift up to 20–50 pounds
