Red Raider Outfitter is seeking self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate full and part time sales associates to promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service.
What you'll do
- Assist store management by achieving sales targets and ensure long-term business growth by providing premium customer service and maintaining store standards
- Ensure 100% zone coverage
- Drive toward a high level of product expertise
- Ensure daily restock is completed
- Ensure all merchandising standards are maintained
- Support other facets of the retail location (front of house, back of house, shipping and receiving, store opening and closing) as business requires
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for Texas Tech University
Physical requirements
- Standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
- Ability to lift up to 20–50 pounds (fixtures, product boxes)
Good to know
- Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, nights, opening/closing shifts
- Effective communication with co-workers, vendors, and the community
- Able to travel to other stores within Lubbock
- Occasional meetings and events outside of normal working hours
