Red Raider Outfitter is seeking self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate full and part time warehouse associates to promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service and inventory management.
Our Warehouse/Inventory team is committed to providing excellent service to our customers by accurately and efficiently processing orders and providing shipments to the stores. Strong, clear communication and the ability to remain flexible throughout the workday is a must. We are a non-heavy-machinery warehouse — strictly a clothing warehouse.
What you'll do
- Keep warehouse inventory flowing efficiently, accurately, and effectively
- Uphold warehouse standards with a positive attitude
- Build a high level of product expertise
- Support retail locations' needs as the business requires
- Support company departments during the off season
- Tackle a wide range of tasks and support new initiatives with a positive approach
What we're looking for
- Extremely detail oriented, strong organizational skills, values excellence at all levels
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- A high level of enthusiasm for Texas Tech University
- Valid driver's license — daily store deliveries in a company vehicle are part of the job
Physical requirements
- Standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
- Ability to lift up to 20–50 pounds (fixtures, product boxes)
Good to know
- Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, nights, opening/closing shifts
- Able to travel to other stores within Lubbock
- Occasional meetings and events outside of normal working hours
